An it don't seem a day too much! It's just whizzed by! I made this card for Hazel to celebrate or "anniversary". We started "courtin'" on November 5th 1983 at a firework and bonfire party in Alsager where she was at college. Hazel gave me this great book called "An Ideal Boy" which is charts and posters from Indian schools - very brightly coloured and naive looking with wonderful captions and titles like BAD HABITS which include "Kite flying on open roofs" and "Taking law in hands".
This is the envelope it was in - found in the coal shed!

Congratulations!!!
That's wonderful.
I hope that you have at least 21 more
glorious and creative years together.
Much love, from Jon & Syl
Thanks Syl and Jonathan. We had a nice evening at the bonfire and firework celebration over at Verdin Park in town. Some spectacular rockets and explosions. Hazel took some good photos with her new camera which has a "firework" setting. Will try and get some onto Flickr.
Happy Anniversary!!
Thanks Angelica.
A bonfire with fireworks...
perfect! Years more of fun
to come to the pair of you!
Yes, interesting that you've been together roughly the same time as us. Well, sixth months before us, actually.
And every year more fireworks!
Congratulations.
You can say here as much as you want!

We once had smoke coming out of sylvia's monitor (replaced) not quite the same as fireworks...
