- I grew up in the home counties around London during the 50's and 60's. Went to several art schools including Southend ,Chelsea and Manchester. Trained as a painter and printmaker but now mostly using collage. Collect novelty songs and old mail art amongst other things too numerous to mention.

Thanks Roger and Jilly too. It's been a nice day so far- lots of nice presents inc. a fab new camera to play with. (more on Flickr soon) also new Tomb Raider game,book and chocs from Archie. All kinds of other goodies. Hazel and Archie have just taken Flo to the vet as she has a claggy bottom and needs urgent snippage down below. I'm sure you wanted to know that!

Thanks rakka. It was a very nice day and England almost beat Sweden but had to settle for a draw which means we are top of the group at least and don't have to play Germany in the next round. Phew!
